G&G/Crystal Tech, Inc. acquired its peculiar name and its new beginning when a merger took place in 1997. This combination formed an innovative sales team, with the added convenience of in-house manufacturing. The outcome terminated contract manufacturing for others, yet drove us into the wonderful world of IT networking equipment! We continue as a group of compatible colleagues with much respect for one another, purely grown from experiencing the industry’s lows, and together today taking pleasure in the highs!
In 1987, G&G Assemblers was created by the chief investor of Logictron Electronics, who simply altered his role in the electronics industry. Partnering with an electronics Engineer, the two designed G&G Assemblers as sole providers of contract assembly service for standard PC memory. Ten years later, the silent chief became Sole proprietor.
Crystal Technologies originated in 1996 and operated under a few master minds of memory manufacturing. While short of marketing their new establishment, they had all the latest equipment and apparatus that G&G lacked, and therefore, acquired sub-contracted work daily by G&G. Coincidentally, the partners were late recruits of G&G and clearly quite essential, so the reuniting merger was the only logical solution!

We have succeeded, and survive, in the semiconductor industry for over two decades due to our top quality product. Amongst the proper handling, storing, and shipping of memory; constant ESD safe procedures are extremely mandatory in every process at our location. Maintaining this quality standard has led us to complete customer satisfaction and continual business credibility.

The trade recognition, in addition to our extensive vendor base, provides us the resources to allocate product at substantially low costs in which the savings is passed along to our customers. Manufacturing memory for so many years enables us to continue passing on savings through our Cisco “third party” memory line. The compatible memory matches the specs of Cisco’s “approved” memory precisely! We also work on substantially lower margins for companies willing to stock in quantity with offering “bulk” discounted rates.
